Bo van Elzakker on Dutch TV
In June 2011, Managing Director of Agro Eco-Louis Bolk Institute Bo van Elzakker has been interviewed by the Dutch producer of documentary films Gideon Levy. The theme, "The battle for food" is an interesting overview of challenges in Africa regarding food and food production. His point of view, i.e. the fact that small scale sustainable agriculture is a better answer to poverty than GMO's and techno-agriculture, is supported by the recent UN-report of Olivier de Schutter.
